Can't go into boot setup because it would say there's no signal

So this is my first time building a pc. I got working working. The computer boots, beeps once and I'm able to get signal on the monitor. But when I try to go to boot setup, it would suddenly say no signal and the pc would restart.

Cpu. Fx 6300
Mobo. MSI 760GMA-P34
Ram. Hyperx fury 8GB 1333mhz
PSU. Evga 430w
GPU. 750ti
Storage. WD Green 1tb

Are you trying to install Windows, or load a previously installed one (on different pc)?
