Question Can't hear anyone

Hi I recently got a HYPERX QUADCAST. My friends can hear me but I cant hear them.

Provide more information about the problem. Any error messages, pop-up windows, etc.?

Do you see, for example, any microphones and speakers in Device Manager?

What other audio components (speakers, headphones, monitor speakers) are installed?

What fixes or troubleshooting have you tried to date: e.g., reinstalling drivers, changing configuration settings and so forth?
