Can't Import Files From External Hard Drive To PC

My 1 TB Hard Drive from WD crashes whenever I open its folders. When I plug it in, it gives me an option to import through OneDrive and through Photos & Videos. I chose Photos & Videos because the OneDrive one always took longer. So when I chose Photos & Videos, it would only give me the option to import a certain folder from the external hard drive, and not the one I want. Is there a way to fix this?

Don't use the wizard, open My Computer, go to the drive letter of the drive and copy files directly from or to there.

Well whenever I open the HDD Folder it shows that green loading bar at the top of the file explorer window, and it takes like 5-10 minutes to load. Then once it finally all loads up, whenever I select a file, the file explorer crashes.

Sounds like the hard drive is failing. Try booting off a Linux Live disk and see if you can copy the files from that drive that way. Then get rid of it.

Will try that! By the way, I tried exporting from a Mac. It allows me to open up the drive so I was able to upload a couple of clips to Mediafire. But since they're really large videos, only 2 out of like 7 of them uploaded correctly.
