I have 2GB dedicated graphics card, but windows only showing 512mb dedicated gpu.
No option in bios to increase vram.
Using Amd crossfire i get 1024mb (512mb integrated + 512 dedicated) in games

My laptop:
Lenovo Ideapad 500-15ACZ
Specs:
12 GB ram (8gb+4gb)
AMD A10-8700P
512mb Integrated gpu Radeon R6
2GB dedicated radeon R5 M430

Solution
I don't think VRAM isn't really your problem as if you were running out of it you would be getting crashes or low memory warnings. I personally think what your problem is is that you are trying to play demanding games on a Lenovo IdeaPad 500-15ACZ. This is a low spec laptop that is not designed for gaming at all. Don't let the Crossfire name fool you it's nothing like Crossfire on desktops.

If you are having graphical issues I would try adjusting in game settings, running the game at a lower resolution, or updating the Radeon drivers.

If you can find a fix for the dissapearing graphics let us know but I would personally just replace the laptop with one that is more suitable for gaming. Laptops with a 960M/970M or GTX 1050/1060 or...
crossfire only uses the minimum of the vram for your gpu, (512m) x2in your situstion. also your effective vram is only 512mb, vram will be mirror in crossfire.

Try to disable hybrid crossfire and force in your catalyst centre to use dedicated gpu as primary

That dedicated VRAM number really doesn't matter. If needed PC can use over and above that number if it needs to and the card has it's own on board VRAM as well. Sometimes your BIOS doesn't let you change this number and that's fine. Low VRAM isn't really going to be your big bottleneck as it's a low power graphics card anyways. AMD R5 laptops generally have low graphics processing ability.

**there is no way in the amd setting to force just the dedicated gpu, it has only 2 option either to run just the integrated or integrated + dedicated.
the same is in the bios (dual graphics or single integrated)

because of this i am not able to play games like gta v.
my earlier laptop was cheaper and had 1gb integrated and 2gb dedicated gpu, it didn't had crossfire but it had option to run games on integrated or dedicated gpu.
GTA V ran with no issues as it was using only 1800mb out of 2000mb vram
Now i am facing issues like disappearing graphics, which makes it non playable as now it is using 1800mb out of 1024mb vram.

& sorry for my bad english
