Cant initialize External HDD

I have a BUFALLO USB 3:0 1tb external HDD which cant be initialized in computer management
It all started when the HDD didn't appear on my computer i have tried several tricks but none of them worked.
It was working fine but after a night it suddenly stopped working.

Is there anyway I can save my data from harddisk.

Actually the HDD is only a couple of months old and so in warranty,so i am trying not to physically make any changes in HDD,I only want to recover mine data inside.then I can exchange the HDD.
