Can't Initialize SSD in Disk Manager

When I go to file explorer> this PC> devices and drivers, my Samsung 250gb 850 EVO doesn't show up. I went into disk management and tried to initialize it to potentially fix the problem, there is no initialize option. There's only Convert to Dynamic Disk and Convert to MBR Disk. How do I get the Initialize option to show up?
