Question cant insert to bios

hello everyone.i need your help.2 days ago tried to update my bios from gigabyte app center and when arrive to writing-erasing after 1 min pop up a message bios update failed.from then whatever i do cant insert to bios.especially strange is that when i start pc go immediately to windows.i tried everything google suggest how to go in bios.my motherboard is GIGABYTE B550 AORUS PRO AC RETAIL .last thing i can be in windows 11 and do everything with no problem

Could you try and use CPU-Z to see what BIOS version you're on right now?
