Can't install an os

I can't get an os on my computer it only has one ps2 port and I can only use a ps2 keyboard witch works but I can't plug in any usb things I got an adaptor hoping I could use a mouse but I can't use a mouse so I can't accept the terms with the keyboard

Asus Rampage III extreme
I7 980
6gb corsair dominate
Radeon r9 380
1tb
Trying to install Windows 8.1

Look for letters with underscore, any such letter will work with Alt. + that letter same as if you clicked on it.

Eh? Your mobo has 2 USB3 and 6 usb2 ports on the back! If your stuck with a PS2 keyboard and 1 PS2 port then get a PS2 splitter, the PS2 port is designed to take inputs from a PS2 mouse and keyboard at the same time. Or just buy a very cheap usb mouse for £2.

There's probably no USB driver for that MB built into w8.1 and would have to be installed after.
