Can't install any 64-bit programs on my 64-bit Windows 7 Ultimate

Hello, I have an unusual problem which I could not find any answer so far.
My version of Windows 7 is the Ultimate 64-bit, and lately I cannot install many 64-bit programs as it appears a message of incompatible version of Windows. Very strange.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

I would bet its the illegal downloaded version, i see this problem a lot in my shops...

I started having this problem this year with my Vista Ultimate 64-bit. I have a legit copy. I bought the DVD several years ago and I have it sitting on my desk in front of me.

If it is a legit, and legal copy of the software, then you may need to have a look at administrative permissions -- some programs demand you have administrative permission to install them. Try installing them as the administrator.
