Can't install any driver I try because they are all "not compatible with this version of windows"

I am running Windows 10 64-bit version 1809 and no matter what driver I try or use GeForce Experience they all say not compatible with this version of windows. when I try to install the driver directly it says use Experience but when I use experience it says to use a link I can't copy.
Just wondered if anyone had any advice with what driver to use for this version of windows.
Any help much appreciated.

GPU: MSI 2080ti 11 GB
CPU: Intel Core i9 9900k
RAM: Corsair Vengence 16GB 3200Mhz

Where did you get your copy of Windows?

It came on the PC when I bought it but i just had to do a fresh install because it kept crashing at the login screen using recovery media.
