Can't install app from windows store

When I try to install stumbleupon I get the error 0x80073cf0 but I can install other apps like facebook

stop Windows Update service

delete contents C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\

start Windows update

install the APP (Mail App for me)

I find it almost impossible to stop and start windows update in Windows 10. However I still deleted the Contents of softaredistribution and returned to Windows store. The error is no more now and windows 10 installed the apps right. Thank you Yoann
