Hello guys, I'm using windows 10 on a new socket pc:

MOBO: Asus z170-a
CPU: Intel 6700k
RAM: 16GB G skill Ripjaws V
GPU: nVidia GTX 760 Ti
PSU: Corsair 750 AX

Now my problem; I'm trying to install the new Asus Ai Suite 3 from the support page of my MOBO, the thing is that I'm double clicking both ".exe" and nothing happens... I tried them on compatibility mode, as admin, unblocking them.. I just can't run the .exe..

Sorry bout my English and any help will be appreciated.

Hello! Ty for answering me!

I tried to execute the all bundle installer, and I tried to install one by one, no one worked..

Try this:

I finally found a solution that worked, hope it works for you to

1) Go AI Suite folder and on every single exe file (including subfolders) perform Right click - Properties
2) In the right bottom corner click Unblock file
3) Then change the compatibility for all users to run as Administrator.
4) Run AsusSetup

Still doesn't work unfortunately...
The "Unblock file" option is only available for the zip file but not those .exe files 🙁

Not working for me either. I have tried everything from that other thread and nothing worked. Wish there was a manual way of doing things and not relying on the installer.

Hi Guys!
I believe I found the best solution to installing Asus Ai Suite 3 on Windows 10!...
Having done the unbelievably time consuming current solution. (unblocking all files & changing compatibility for all users to run as Administrator.)
Do to a fresh Install of win10 and wanting Ai Suite 3 unblocking & changing compatibility again was a bummer!
In my luck and hopefully yours I found this simple and fast solution. Takes 30sec vs. 30min!

SOLUTION:
1) If you haven't already download & install 7-zip. http://www.7-zip.org/
2) Run 7-zip as administrator.
3) Go to the directory of the zip folder (AISuite3_Win7-81-10_V10130_11004.zip) within 7-zip.
4) Right Click >7-zip> Extract file.
5) Run AsusSetup.

Wow, I have seen so many bugchecks caused by this software and it's drivers. Be very selective on what you install.

I wonder if its been identified as malicious software by Microsoft as why else would you need to unblock every file in the installation to get it to install

People like it for the one function I don't trust it for, Fan control. It turned my CPU fan off while it was in use last year in winter as it figured it was cool enough to not need a CPU fan.. like that is a thing. The way my case is designed also wasn't catered for and the default fan plans would turn off intake fans that always need to be on. I just let the UEFI run it all now
