Question Can't install drivers? RTX 2080

So I have been having problems with my computer crashing with blues screen and I'm pretty sure it's because of my GPU drivers. I have tried installing them on the website and from windows searching for online drivers it says "Windows found drivers for your device but encountered an error while trying to install them" then it says "the installation of this device is forbidden by system policy please contact your system administrator.

I am running this on an admin account. but I can't figure out what to do.

Download the .exe from Nvidia's site directly (don't rely on Windows for your GPU drivers).
Run the .exe as an administrator (right click>run as administrator>confirm), then proceed.

ok, I did that but it gave me some error and told me to download Geforce Experience to get game-ready drivers.
I did that and got the newest drivers but still am getting BSOD and lots of them. I can just let it restart and then it works normally for a while but then I get a BSOD and different types too. these are all of the ones I have seen so far.
