Cant install drivers?

Alright heres whats happening. I have 0 problems with my current nvidia video card driver. I went to install newest driver. I click agree and continue.... FREEZE. I tried different(older drivers)all...FREEZE at same point. I have no viruses, I just had avg scan. Suggestions?

Did you install the latest Beta driver for Nvidia this week? I had to uninstall it on mine because it would kill the video anytime I tried to play a video.
