Can't install graphics driver after using VGA-USB adapter

I tried using a j5 adapter (JUA190) and after installing the driver for it it did not work.
It also seemed to mess with my graphics driver (I'm not surprised) but when I tried to
install the newest version of my graphics driver, the installer crashes.
I am not sure how to fix this. I don't have a disk to restore my windows
and I tried uninstalling the program and it still doesn't work.

I am running Windows 10, AMD R9 280X.

It did not work, the installer is still crashing.
