Cant Install Java Windows 10

Hello, So when i try to install the latest Java, the process opens for a few seconds then closes, I've tried both online and offline installers, and tried the latest Jdk which gave me a 1603 error. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I've Figured it out, Apparently i had 2 other Java versions installed and this utility "Window Installer Repair Utility" Helped me get rid of the residual files. I can install Java Now http://www116.zippyshare.com/v/GuOCyTCs/file.html
