Can't install Lan driver

I just bought a msi krait gaming z270 motherboard yesterday, and installed all the drivers from the disc but it don't install the network driver. Hope any one have a solution for my problem.

I have tried downloading the newest driver from the intel, but still not install.
I have tried reinstall the chipset but still no luck.

My system:
Msi krait gaming z270
Intel core I7 7700
Asus gtx 970
2x 8GB DDR4 Ram sticks
EVGA 650 G2 Power Suply

I assume you have installed windows 10? It might be your OS problem (10240) Build. Or you my friend just can check for BIOS settings, If you have enabled onboard LAN
Are your chipset drivers up to date?

Try the latest Intel LAN driver from MSI support, not from the Intel website.

Go here and select your Windows version first:

I have enabled the lan in BIOS
And updated my Chipset
It still don't work

Look in Device Manager for any clues - like is the device listed without an error symbol, listed with an error symbol, or not listed at all.

Well that suggests that the network adapter itself is faulty, which is why it is not being detected.

Return the motherboard for a replacement.
