Can't install motherboard

I got a new case and motherboard and when I went to install the motherboard it wouldn't align with the risers. Then I saw this imgur.com/3sZp3fz the middle riser appears to be upside down? Is this a normal thing?

It's a post to hold the board in place while mounting the other points with screws. What is your case and mobo? Are they the right form factor?
