About 4 months ago my pc took a huge shit on me, audio went and i couldn't verify anything. then my keyboard went not letting me type. Recently i bought new parts while im currently still using the same CPU (Intel-i7 4790k) and the same HDD with my windows 8.1, I pruchased a MSI gaming 5 Z97 motherboard & GeForce 750ti twin frozr. The CD that came with my mobo is for Win7 and wont let me install it cause i have Win8.1, I've tried updating using the websites for my product and it keeps not letting me install anything. ( https://gyazo.com/c426d8ff7adc58e14ab00e1f342b3540) Is there a fix for this? currently im using On-Screen keyboard if there is a fix or solution for this i'd be extremely thankful.

Changing Motherboard in most case will need a fresh OS install.there is a command you can create to wipe out the Ghost drivers.you can try it if you want i do it all the time, works on win7.dono about 8 never tried.
here it is:Open Notepad and copy/paste the following:

set DEVMGR_SHOW_NONPRESENT_DEVICES=1
start devmgmt.msc

Name the file "setdev.bat", and save it to the Desktop as "All files" (not text document [*.txt]). Double-click setdev.bat and it opens an advanced MSC version of Device Manager. Select; View>>Devices by type>>Show hidden devices. You will now be able to see every single device that has ever been installed on your current Windows installation.

This view includes all currently installed devices, and all devices no longer installed or connected (non-existent). All the icons for non-existent devices will be "ghosted" (semi-translucent, pale gray color).

Starting at the top and working your way down the list ( click every + sign to expand each device), right-click each installed device icon, and each ghosted device icon and select "Uninstall".

Ignore any prompts to reboot the PC. When you're completely finished uninstalling all currently installed devices, as well as all non-existent devices, shutdown the computer, then remove the hard drive. It's now ready to install onto new hardware.

Solution
when removing the hard drive. completely unplug it and try to run the drivers installation cd or unplug and plug it back in then turn it on. P.s thank you for helping me so far
