Yesterday I finally received my new parts for my builds, I installed everything where it should be and turned it on. When it was on the windows 7 loading screen it crashed half way. I tried this again a few times and it continued to crash. I decided to install windows 7 on my second hard drive. After the installation, everything worked fine. When I popped my other hard drive it kept crashing at the loading screen. I decided to get some of my old computer and some old parts I still had and fixed it up so I wouldn't have to transfer some the parts I already had in my new system. Everything worked fine on my first hard drive. I installed the drivers for my new card then I proceeded to install the drivers for my motherboard from the CD it came with. My computer crashed trying to install the drivers. I tried a few more times but again it kept crashing. I tried to download the drivers online. I succeeded in making the program to work and when it was almost done installing, it said "Can not install, minimum requirements are not met." I attempted to open the files in the installation disk to skip opening up the menu. I avoided the crash but trying to open the file directly, but it also said "minimal requirements are not met." So I am not sure where to go from there.

Here is my first system build:
x3 740
8gb 1333mhz
560 gtx
msi 770-G45 motherboard
Corsair cx600

New build:
r9 290
i5-4590
8gb 1333mhz
Corsair cx600
GA-B85M-DS3H

Old part build (one I am using right now)
hd 5770
4gb 1333mhz
x3 740
Coolermaster 460w psu (we all know its really a 420w in disguise)
msi 770-g45

Yes, I am trying to install it on my old part build since my first (main) hard drive wont work on my new system

Edit:
After some searching around I found that switching motherboards is what causes the problem and a clean reboot is needed. I have a bit of a silly question, will backing up my games work or will I be needing to reinstall them all over again? If I can't back them up then I guess all I can do is save my music on a USB and wipe the drive.
