Can't install newest Driver on my New GTX 1060

The card is an Asus Dual GTX 1060 6GB, and it works otherwise fine, but when I try to install Nvidia Drivers on it, it always fails to install the Graphics driver. Nothing has worked, DDU was no good, and GFE doesn't work either. What do I need to do?

PC Specs:
AMD A10-7850k @3.7GHz
16GB Kingston HyperX fury DDR3 @ 1866MHz
Corsair CX750M

UPDATE: When trying to install from CD, it says access denied
