Can't install office home and student 2007

I can get past configuration when I try to istall Office Home and Student for the second time my computer it says its done configuring but nothing else happens what is going on

Use the Programs and Features in the Control Panel to uninstall office from system. If you cannot uninstall using this feature, then go here.

Re-install Office if necessary

Another problem could be a corrupted registry key or subkey. This may help.
