Can't install on standard user account

I reinstalled Windows 7 Professional and now I can't install anything on the standard user. I used to be able to type in my admin account's password, but that popup doesn't show up anymore. I want to be able to use my standard account and I want Windows to have me enter my Admin account's password when I want to install something.

How do I do this?
