Long story short, i bought a new computer without an operating system. it turned on nicely and i was about ready to install windows 7 into it from a disk and i failed.
Firstly i got a PXE - E61 error. i looked it up, made some adjuistments and it dissapeared, but the problem wasn't solved. When i entered the disk and restarted, the boot would just ask me to press a key to boot the operating system. i went to the boot settings, made sure the cd/dvd was set to the first priority when booting and tried again. Nothing!
any suggestions on what could be causing the problem?
