Can't install PES 13 after installing Windows 8.1

I have used the same setup in my Win 7 and my friends Win 8 PC. But it installed without any problem. Now when I try to install it it shows the following error:
An error occured when unpacking!
Unarc.dll returned an error code: -1
ERROR: archive data corrupted (decompression fails)

with heading ISDone.dll on 93.5 %

recently I bought PES 15....... But my computer's graphics doesn't support well it has great lag and responds only slowly.........
So then as I lost my 2500........for that then i decided to download this pes 13 and I played it well on my Win 7 PC. Recently I bought a new Notebook with Win 8.1.. But I could'nt install it......... SO pls help if u can....................
