Can't Install Realtek HD Audio to Windows 10

Hello I have a Windows 10 PC OS with a Z370 AORUS Gaming 5 Motherboard: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/Z370-AORUS-Gaming-5-rev-10#support-dl-driver. Give you some background I built this PC around 4 months ago and I installed all drivers possible except for this one I guess. I still have sound to my USB headset which I am guessing is from NVIDIA high definition audio, but I can't plug in headphones to the front of my case. I have no Realtek audio on my PC for some reason every time I try to I look into my file directory going from C:/Programsx86/Realtek/Audio. Then I have two files Drivers and Install shield which neither of the executable in there will load. I am utterly dumbfounded.


Things I have tried: Checked Device Manager, Checked the BIOS to see if Chipset Audio was turned off, Installing and reinstalling many times from the manufacturers website.
Very desperate for a solution, thanks!

if you plug your headphones at back of your case, will they work?

I have no sound in the rear ports with headphones

Never been on here before but is bumping a post a thing or should I just remake a post?
