Cant install Ryzen Wraith RGB connecter

I keep trying to plug the wraith spire led cable into the JLED header on my motherboard and it won’t go in.

Its a cpu cooler, and it plugs into a cpu cooler socket

Why would a led connector go into a cpu cooler plug?

The Cpu's cable goes into the cpu slot, and from what i see there is only one cable with the cpu.

The cpu has 2 cables. One for the fan and one for the RGB.
