Can't Install the download!

I was told to come here if I have any more problems ..here is my original post:
[Most PC Games at Zone.com won't load up, can't see to get by a Security
Warning asking to Install and Run an Essential MSN Game File, if I accept to
install it ... it says its unable to download the game. I have my cookies
deleted and allowed to accept cookies, all my Temporary Internet Files have
been deleted, my recycled box is empty, my Virus scan was clear yesterday all
my Window Updates are up to date.

It also says to click to Install the ActiveX control and nothing shows up to
click on.

As far as I know the ActiveX on my computer is up to date.( I have no clue
how to find that out).

When clicking on the download I now get " Cannot prepare for resuming"

Anyone have a clue, what the problem is.?

Open Internet Properties, click the General tab, click Settings, click
View Objects. There are three Zone ActiveX objects listed, or there
should be. The names are:

HeartbeatCtl Class
ZoneAxRcMgr Class
ZoneIntro Class

Right-click each one, click Properties, and make sure each is not listed
as Damaged. If they're each OK, right-click ZoneIntro Class, and click
Update. That's the one that was updated this week.
