[SOLVED] Can't install to new hard drive

Installed a new 4tb hdd, cloned 1tb SSD that was almost full to it. Now when trying to set it as a default install location for games from Xbox game pass for PC or default in the windows system it gives me an error code and says try again later. What could be wrong? It's a wd blue hdd. Error is 0x80070005
