Can't install update

Hello, My automatic Windows update will not install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 and .NET Framework 3.5 Family Update for .NET versions 2.0 through 3.5 (KB951847) x86. I've also tried to install manually and get the message "Cannot install" the above.

I cannot remember my fix, but I had that problem, I would say find the solution at microsoft website.
