So I have tried installing Windows 10 in so many different ways and none work.

BIOS switch to UEFI and/or Legacy. = Don't work, Just takes me back to BIOS.
CMOS Launch off and on = Don't work, Just takes me back to BIOS.
Installing an HDD with Windows already on it, and making sure its cleaned and shows = Don't work, Just takes me back to BIOS.
Randomly trying for it to work = Worked, but keeps taking me back to BIOS and won't show drive then, BUT it shows up in windows installation screen, like huh?

bump, I still need help
Hey, hope you fixed your issue. If not, I found your post after having the same issue. All I did to fix it was disconnect my other drives. Windows kept telling me it couldn't install Windows on the M.2 until I shut the PC down and unplugged my two backup HDDs. After I did that, it was fine. Installed Windows, shut the PC down, then hooked my hard drives back up and everything's good to go.

Oh, and if Windows doesn't see your drives after you plug them back in, it's fine. Just look up a video showing you how to get Windows to recognize them.
