can't install windows 10 on my new pc build

my problem is when i click to install windows from the usb windows logo shoes Then the whole system turns off and turns back on and the process starts over again. if you can help i would be very grateful

What are your full system specs? What do you have your boot order set to in the UEFI?

video card : msi geforce gtx 1070

psu : evga supernova 650w

ram : G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 32GB ddr4

cooler : Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

storage : Western Digital - Caviar Blue 1TB and Kingston - SSDNow UV400 240GB

about the boot order am not sure cuz my pc still with a friend, unfortunately he couldn't help ;(... but i haven't made any changes at all

Looks like a nice build based on the specs. Are you booting the USB forced with UEFI install vs. standard boot? I usually do this from within UEFI and force this boot method. May want to check CSM settings and Secure Boot options as well. To be sure, I'd check temps and voltages in UEFI as well being its a new build.
