Can't install windows 10 on ssd Crucial MX500

Hello, I buy new Crucial MX500 ssd for my laptop but I can't install windows 10 on it!
I read some guides on this forum and google, but stil I'm not able to install.

I tried to solve this by doing the following things:

- I tried clone system (win10) with AOMEI and MiniTool partition.
- I remove hdd from laptop and put ssd on that place, tried install windows from USB( I use media creation tool), I was unable to format disk and create partion ( I get error "0x80070005" and "0x8007045d")
- I put ssd instead of hdd and hdd instead of cd-rom, then booted windows form HDD and with AOMEI I deleted and formated SSD, then tried to install winows from USB and that time installation was succesful until the end at "Finishing" laptop freeze and reset.
- SSD works when I connected him with sata to usb cable. with Acronis i check health of ssd and it seems fine

My bios is on UEFI mode.

The problem is in the SSD, the whole ssd(mx500) series have some error. I'm third this week who returned same disk with the same error. They give me new one Samsung evo 860.
