Question Can't install Windows 11 after Elbie Ransomware attack ?

Hey everyone, so my computer was victim to the Elbie Ransomware, one that encrypts all data with a version that can't be decrypted yet.

I decided I didn't have much anyway so I thought I would reimage my computer and just move on.

Unfortunately, ever since this attack I can not install windows 11 now.
I formatted my drives completely. Everytime I try, I get to "getting files ready for installation" and it either kicks me back to the install now page or gives a bsod with generic message when still at 0%.
I have tried both using windows media creation to create usb installer and create iso and using Rufus to create it and same thing on both.

Any thoughts would be great.

Asus rog extreme z790
I9-13900k

Thermaltake toughpower gf3 1650Watt

Edit:
Just got another new message after it got to 24%
"windows cannot install required files. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation. Error code: 0x8007025D"

Suspect corrupted windows install media.
Try a different one.

Also disable ram overclocking, if you have it enabled. Turn XMP off.
You can re-enable it after windows is installed.
