I have a sandisk SDSSDP-128G-G25. Tried to install windows onto my ssd but it's giving: "Windows can't be installed on drive 1 partition 1". I clicked showed details and it says "Windows cannot be installed ot this disk. This computer's hardware may not support booting to this disk. Ensure that the disk's controller is enabled in the computer's BIOS menu. I already tried formatting the ssd and using clean through cmd. deleted all partitions, still doesnt work.

I tried everything i can think of and search of. i tried to put this in as a storage device earlier and it worked. the only thing is that i cant install windows on to it

Solution
During the install, when it asks 'where', choose Custom.
Select each partition on the drive, and Delete
Eventually, you'll be left with one large space
Format.
Then let Windows install and create what it needs.

already tried. still doesnt work for me. i honestly might think something is wrong with the ssd because i tried to install this on 3 different systems. all give the same result - says cant install windows on this partition. if i delete the partition and keep it as unalloted, it says it cant make a partition.

only reason why i wont rma it right away is because it works if i just use it as a storage device for other stuff. my only problem is that icant install windows onto it.
