Can't install windows

I'm trying to install windows 10 but when I get to the choose where to install I choose disk 1 (my new ssd) but it says windows cannot install in the location you chose and it gives my error 0x80300024

Disconnect all other drives. Leave only the SSD and the DVD drive connected. Make sure you delete any partitions that are already on the SSD during the install process. Even though Windows will format the drive, delete any partitions beforehand.

Yea, once you have installed Windows, reconnect everything.
