Best guess.. memory related, if you have a working Computer put Memtest on either a usb stick or CD, and use it to test you memory...additionally you can try it with a single stick installed and see if you can figure out which stick might be bad.

Usually when something like that happens you need to update your BIOS on the motherboard.
