Can't junction "my documents" folder

I want to junction my "My documents" folder to my dropbox. I have a folder called my documents in dropbox, and have moved my my documents folder from my user directory. The commands I use is
mklink /j "C:\users\zac\my documents" "c:\users\zac\dropbox\my documents"
It gives me the error "Cannot create a file when that file already exists"

Delete your existing My Documents folder, then add a new entry to the Documents library.

Why not just go into the properties and change it's location?

Redirects are a bit of a touchy system - if there's a problem they can get upset.

Besides, at the top of the page it says:

Instead of redirecting a folder, you might want to consider including a folder in one of your libraries.

Documents is a library.

Well I meant c:\users\zac\documents, not the library :3
