Question Can't launch any Ubisoft games from Steam

So I want to get Assassin's Creed Odyssey but I've found that I can't launch any other of my Ubisoft games (AC 3, Farcry 3, AC 4). When I start AC 4 for example I get the loading screen from UPlay, and then the game launches to the very first disclaimer thingy and then it just crashes immediately.

Any solutions?

Basically in-game (Uplay) or 3rd party overlays, or certain startups can cause such problems. Note if you try disabling any startups, do them one at a time then try launching the game. Otherwise you may not find out what caused the problem.
