Can't launch NBA 2K15, HELP

Hello there,

So, I will try to tell my story short. Today I've installed NBA 2K15 and tried to launch it when suddenly I've got an error message which says:
"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application."

What should I do to fix this?

What I've tried:
Reinstalling Visual C++
Reinstalling DirectX
Reinstalling .net Framework
Reinstalling graphic drivers
Updating Windows
Launching as administrator

This isn't a solution but I also need help for 2K15. I've downloaded it from the Playstation store and it is fully installed. When I open it everything runs fine. When I get to the screen of Kevin Durant, it says to "press x to continue". So i do that and it takes me to what I am guessing is the introduction game. I played through the whole game and at the end pressed quit. It then takes me back to the Kevin Durant screen and again i press x to continue and again I have to play the intro game. I can't seem to get out of this cycle even if I quit the game or shut the whole ps4 down!!

Unfortunately , that is actually the entire game this year. Budget cuts forced them to basically release a high level physics and basketball game with basically no actual game play options. Its basically a game to show off the new system the game is built on. They will release download content in a few months for 60 $ that gives you the normal game options.

Have you installed dx and redist from the nba folders? i did that and works perfect now
