Can't leave asrock

Please help me so I reset my computer and wanted to start again I did that it loaded and restarted but when I turn my computer it brings me to the asrock utility menu when I exit it the screen goes black and comes up again I just want to have my desktop again nothing works

Check your sata cables are plugged into your motherboard and hard drive properly.

Do you have a CD or USB stick with Windows on?

I have win 10 on disk

Then you'll need to try and reinstall again once you've checked your cabling.

When you're in the Asrock BIOS make sure your had drive is listed, change the boot priority to boot from the CD/DVD drive first, save and exit and your PC should boot from the Windows CD.

I'm afraid this means your drive will be wiped but you said you did a clean install anyway so I'm assuming that's not a problem

Thanks for ur answer but when I'm in the menu I can't do anything I save changes and save and exit and that screen goes black and comes back on again the screen where it says press x boost and that then goes black and comes up again nothing I do woeks
