Can't locate toolbar

I can't locate my toolbar

Please be more specific. Which toolbar are you referring to?

If you're looking for your toolbar on IE it should be towards the top of your browser. If you're looking for your taskbar, it should be located at the bottom of your screen. That's all I have to go on in terms of guesses.
