Can't log in since new forum

Hi,
Normally I log in using my Google Account and now it is just not there.
After the forum updated, it used to show the google login but now it's gone.
I cannot recover my password to my google account either, the email just never makes it.
Although, I still get emails from my previous posts going to that email address.
Any help

Yes, I have had to use an alternative email address to make this one.
NO emails go to my original email address when I select new password. As I said, I used to use GOOGLE to log in, but that doesn't seem to work at all anymore.

What are the next steps I can take to get back? It's been 2 weeks now since this new forum came up and I can't get in, sadly.

A message to reset your other account password has been sent. Try changing and see if you can access the account.
