Question cant log into router

Hi everyone...
Cant log into my router... heres what Ive done but back to same problem

1. ended up doing a system restore back to an earlier date before installing a vpn
2. accessed router no probem
3. reinstalled vpn.. cannot connect to router with vpn disconnected

Everything worked fine before with and without the vpn installed, this is a recent issue and havent made any system changes
I can connect to internet no problem, but if I ping the router (192.168.0.1) it doesnt see it
Anyone any ideas why it is doing this? Cant get any help from vpn company.. they dont know and say I need to speak with ISP.. but that wont do much good

CMD --> ipconfig

Make sure that your default gateway is actually 192.168.0.1

192.168.0.1 is the default gateway... Ive entered this numerous times without issues
