After typing my username and password for .net and clicking continue I get a
"The page cannot be displayed" error.

I've cleared my temporary internet files and cookies, uninstalled the zone
and turned off my Norton antivirus. I do run through a router which has a
firewall that cannot be disabled. I also don't seem to have any other
problems on my computer.

lil help please!

I can't get on Zone either. I just got a worm off my
machine so I had to install all the files fresh for Spades
area. The install did not come up with the "default"
location for the download. I tried 2 times then I just
keyed it in myself. I just added on a hardware router and
this thing is doing a "loopback" when I try to connect to
a room. Also Zone Friends is just sitting there "trying"
to log in but then that's old news, lol. I also use ZA
software firewall but have never had problems with a
loopback on a room before now. I mainly use it so I can
monitor what programs want to access the internet that I
would otherwise not know about, lol. I have a Microsoft
Router so if you can't help, I will have to give them a
call, ughhhhhhhh, lol.

Thanks for your help in advance,
Barb

Try this article:

http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q240/9/52.ASP

If you have XP, you'll have to click Windows Components in the left
column, find the Zone listed under games, and deselect the Zone there.
Exit, then reenter, add the Zone back to the list of games.
