Cant log into windows 10

For no reason (updates or installs) when i started up my pc it says i am unable to log into windows 10 and i have been logged into a temporary account. Its accepting my passwords, but not logging me in. All of my settings and preferences are gone. All of my program shortcuts are gone. My documents and downloads are still there but they are buried. When i go to recovery and try to restore to an earlier build, it says its not possible because windows was installed less then 10 days ago. Ive had windows 10 for a long time now and this is the first time this has happened.

Hi Jay,

I believe your pc got infected by VIRUS--

AND did you check the DATE AND TIME. BEORE DOING RECOVERY.......

AND ALSO PERFORM CHKDISK ON YOUR PC.. IT WILL REMOVE BAD SECTORS ON YOU HDD.
