can't log on to my windows account

I can't log onto my computer running xp pro due seeming to a driver issue locking out my USB keyboard and mouse. I can use the keyboard in the bios screens but once windows loads the key board gets no power the mouse does but won't work
As this installation of xp is password protected no keyboard no access

Have you tried pressing F8 as Windows starts to load so that you can choose to enter safe mode? Enter safe mode, uninstall the drivers, and try to reinstall the proper ones.
