Cant log on your computer because your restricted remote desktop

i cant access to the other computer because of the reason of "cant log on your computer because your restricted" so how can i make it tnx

Make sure your PC and the PC your trying to connect to both have "allow remote access" enabled (you can find that option in the proprieties of "my computer").

If you require a password, we can not help you there.
