Can't login into Tom's Guide

I posted here about problem with my Lumia, but post is deleted because it needed to be posted on Tom's Guide.
But when I try to login into Tom's Guide it gives me error:

Oops! We ran into some problems.​

A server error occurred. Please try again later.

Tried from phone and PC but both time same error.

do you have an account ther too? did you register there?
tomshardware and tomsguide are two different websites and don´t share account data to login.

I tried with this account to login, somewhere I read that same credentials are working for both sites.
I will try to register new account there.

I tried to register new account but I got message that my email is already in use, and this username too.

if the email on the TG account is the same, we may be able to reset it for you.
That way you don't have to create a new one, just use old.

That account was last used in 2018. A password reset was sent to your registered email.
