I cant login to into my windows 10 account beacuse there is no box to write my password in help?
The cause might be that i use safe mode because there is a virus on my pc that uses a lot of processor power and half of my ram and doesnt let me reset the pc so i wanted to reset the pc in safe mode

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB

If you have a virus, you should do a clean install. A reset may not get rid of everything.
If anything on PC you want to try to rescue, use http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/use-ubuntu-live-cd-to-backup-files-from-your-dead-windows-computer/

I stuck at the part when I have to choose where to install because It won't let me install it to any ssd or hdd cause my hardware is not supporting something? I know a close friend who can probably fix the issue either hardver and softver but thanks a lot for your help

was the error you are getting saying something about GPT and not letting you install windows onto hdd? The answer to that is to delete all the partitions on the hdd and then it will let you install onto drive. Win 10 & 8 use different drive formats to win 7 and every version of windows prior to it. You have to wipe entire drive to let it format it the way it wants to.

See step 13 here: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-windows-10-clean-install.html
